Magnum Power Products solar light tower

The solar hybrid light tower from Magnum Power Products, Berlin, Wis., uses solar and propane power to assure operation. The tri-panel solar system collects 780W of solar energy to power the four 110W LED light fixtures. Liquid propane backs up the solar system, powered by a Generac air-cooled LPG engine with two on-board propane tanks. Each LED light has a life expectancy of 50,000 hours and each is individually replaceable.

The XAS 185 Eco portable compressor from Atlas Copco Construction Equipment, Commerce City, Colo., provides 185 cfm for pneumatic tools and for high free air delivery applications such as sandblasting. The XAS 185 is powered by a 49-hp John Deere engine that is EPA- and CARB-compliant and certified for Tier 4i. All controls are located on a single panel at waist level and a stepless, fully automatic regulator constantly varies the engine speed according to air demand, reducing fuel consumption.

The Sirius e rental, distribution and service application from Orion Software, Montreal, combines a Windows application and web portal with mobility through the cloud. The company says clients can use the rental software as a full shopping cart for the general public or by offering it to specific customers, or as a portal for customers to view their transactions. Sirius e also was designed to be used on a touch screen at the point of sale and in the field, and is deployed the same whether users access it from a computer or a mobile device.

JLG Industries scissor series

The four 1,000W metal halide lamps have an illumination capacity of 404,000 lumens and the 32-gal. fuel capacity can provide 66 hours of run time. The three-stage telescopic mast has a 30-ft. elevation and can be rotated 350 degrees from the ground.

Subaru Industrial Power Products big block engines

The 35-hp EH90 and 40-hp EH99 big block V-Twin engines from Subaru Industrial Power Products, Lake Zurich, Ill., are designed for use in equipment such as concrete polishers, riding trowels, utility vehicles, zero-turn mowers and ride-on blowers. The four-cycle overhead valve gasoline engines have a dual element air filter to protect the engines from dust and a low oil pressure sensor allows equipment manufacturers to offer control panel alerts or automatic engine shutoff. The engines also comply with current EPA and CARB requirements.

The company says technological advancements in engine electronics and enhancements to the hydraulic system have helped reduce fuel consumption by up to

The Geyser is mounted on industrial airless rubber tires with rear swivel ball bearing wheels. In weed-killing, low-pressure mode, the hot water in excess of 190 degrees Fahrenheit is delivered through a weed-killing barrel nozzle that can target undesirable vegetation from a distance of up to 18 in. The hot water melts the waxing coating of the leaves on the weeds to kill the weeds within
24 hours to two days. The unit also can
be used as a cold water or hot water pressure washer.

  Graco paint sprayers
